一种热电偶分度表处理的新方法

摘    要:根据热电偶的测温原理,权衡了热电偶查表的利弊,利用计算机查表迅速精确的优点,提出了一种热电偶分度表紧缩法处理的新方法。在仪表中对热电偶分度表采用了紧缩型存表法,就是对分度表中两个相邻热电势之差进行编码,通过这种编码方式将分度表中的所有信息准确的保存到计算机中。以1600个温度值对应的分度表为例,详细阐述了紧缩法处理的具体算法。此方法具有速度快、检测精度高等特点。

Abstract:The temperature testing principle of thermocouple is adopted in this paper to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of phasing meter checking by thermocouple. As the meter checking, if done by computer, is accurate, it proposes treating the phasing meter of thermocouple by the "reducing way". According to the way, the difference of the two adjacent thermo\|potentials within the phasing meter of the thermocouple are encoded so that the encoded information in the meter can be stored into computer. Taking 1 600 phasing meters with their corresponding temperature values for example, the paper illustrates the working principle and calculation methods of the reducing way. It concludes that the way is of higher testing precision with a faster speed.
