| 摘 要： | 本文首先对我国保障性住房政策以及“十二五”时期我国保障性住房建设已完成情况进行总结；其次通过计量模型分析预测“十二五”时期末及后“十二五”时期住房保障比例，得出“十二五”时期保障性住房20%覆盖率规划目标并不能满足住房需求，保障性住房建设任务依然艰巨的结论；针对建设过程中存在的问题，本文从土地供应、资金、建设管理以及制度体系等方面提出策略建议，为后“十二五”时期我国保障性住房建设提供参考。 |
