摘    要:利用气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定葡萄酒中苯类添加剂:苯甲酸、叔丁基对苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、对羟基苯甲酸正丁酯.试样经乙酸乙酯超声波提取葡萄酒中的上述几种苯类添加剂,经过对苯甲酸、叔丁基对苯二酚等多反应监测(MRM)扫描离子对的选择,并对串联质谱的各参数进行优化.方法检测限为:苯甲酸0.0...

Abstract:A method was established for simultaneous determination of additives in wine,including benzoic acid,tert-butylhydroquinone,2,6-di-tertbutyl-4-methylophenol,butylparaben by GC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate, cleaned up,and then determinted with GC-MS/MS.When the target compounds' concentration were at 0.05,0.5,1.0 μg/mL level,the precision was 4.5%~8.1%,the recovery was at the range of 88.4%~115.7%,the LOD was at 10-8 level.The method meets the requirements of our country,and has been applied to real sample analysis.
