| Abstract: | 2,4-Diaminothieno2,3-d]pyrimidine and 2-amino-4-oxo-thieno2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives are the parent structures of the compounds with important biological activities.The compounds were summed up in this article,and their synthetic methods were briefly described. |
