摘    要:制备了5种稀土-双氯酚酸配合物REL3(RE=h、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd,HL=双氯酚酸),通过元素分析、EDTA-滴定、摩尔电导、红外光谱确定了配合物的组成.采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、血管通透性实验研究了其抗炎活性,采用扭体实验研究了其镇痛活性.结果表明,与双氯酚酸钠相比,稀土配合物具有更强的抗炎镇痛活性.

Abstract:Five rare earth complexes REL3(HL =diclofenac;RE =La,Ce,Nd,Sm,Gd) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,complexometric titration,thermal analysis,molar conductivity,IR and UV.Mice ear swelling induced by xylene and capillary permeability test were used to evaluate the antiinflammatory activity.The analgesic activity were performed with writhing response caused by acetic acid.The results showed that the antiinflammatory analgesic activity of some complexes are superior compared with NaL.
