摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸、聚乙二醇为主要原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,通过酯化反应合成聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸单酯.通过正交实验确定酯化反应的最佳条件:甲基丙烯酸与聚乙二醇摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂对甲基苯磺酸为4%(以聚乙二醇质量计),阻聚剂对苯二酚为1%(以甲基丙烯酸质量计),温度为85℃,反应时间6h,其酯化率达到99....

Abstract:Polyethylene glycol acrylate(PEGA) was synthesized by condensation of polyethylene glycol and methacrylic acid with toluene-4-sulfonic acid as the catalyst and hydroquinone as the inhibitor.The optimal conditions of esterification were studied by the orthogonal design.When the molar ratio of acrylic acid to PEG was 4.0∶1.0,the reaction temperature was 85 °C,the reaction time was 6 h,the amount of catalyst was 4% according to the mass of polyethylene glycol,and the amount of inhibitor was 1% according to the mass of methacrylic acid,the rate of esterification was 99.2%.The structure of the PEGA product was characterized by FT IR.
