黄体酮纯度标准物质的研究

摘    要:通过定性分析、定值分析、杂质分析、均匀性检验、稳定性考察和不确定度评定,研制了黄体酮纯度标准物质,并且成功申报成为国家标准物质(编号GBW100119).其中采用高效液相色谱法与差示扫描量热法对黄体酮纯度标准物质进行了定值分析.准确的定值结果为99.2%,相对扩展不确定度为0.5%.对于临床检验中黄体酮的准确测定及相关...

Abstract:A certified reference material(CRM) for purity of progesterone was developed through qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis of certified value,quantitative analysis of impurities,study of homogeneity,study of stability and uncertainty evaluation.The CRM was applied as a national CRM with no.GBW 100119.Certified value was studied by two methods of liquid chromatography and differential scanning calorimeter.The result of certified value was 99.2% with a relative expanded uncertainty of 0.5%.
