固体酸催化过氧化氢异丙苯分解制苯酚丙酮反应的研究

摘    要:对固体酸催化过氧化氢异丙苯分解制苯酚丙酮反应进行了研究,发现以β沸石为载体、磷钨酸为主催化剂、硫酸钛为助催化剂制备的负载型催化剂,对该反应具有较高的催化活性和选择性.同时,考察了催化剂制备条件、反应温度、原料配比等因素对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,磷钨酸含量为25%、硫酸钛含量为5%、焙烧温度250℃、焙烧时间4 h;...

Abstract:The catalytic decomposition of cumene hydroperoxide into phenol and acetone with solid acid catalyst was studied.A supported catalyst using β-zeolite as support,phosphotungstic acid as active component and Ti(SO4)2 as promotor showed good catalytic activity and selectivity.Meanwhile,the optimal reaction conditions were investigated.Experimental results showed when the feed proportion was CHP 20%,acetone 78%,and catalyst 2%,the reaction temperature was 60℃,and the reaction time was 4 h,the conversion of cumene hydroperoxide reached 99.5%,and the selectivity to phenol reached 92.6%.
