摘    要:利用正交试验获得磷石膏—矿渣—粉煤灰—石灰—水泥体系胶结料优化配合比。并通过XRD,SEM微观分析手段,探讨了该胶结料水化反应机理。研究结果表明,该胶结料能产生较高强度的原因是蒸养条件下可形成较多的水化硅酸钙和钙矾石,90℃下蒸养7 h,然后自然养护,7 d,28 d抗压强度分别达34.0 MPa和43.9 MPa,凝结时间正常,耐水性良好。利用该胶结料在胶砂比=1∶2.7、水胶比=0.45的条件下,经90℃下蒸养7 h,可制成满足标准要求的MU15级实心砖。

Abstract:An optimum mix design of binder consisting of phosphogypsum,slag,fly ash,lime,and cement was obtained by cross experiment design.The reaction mechanism of the binder was analyzed through XRD,SEM tests.The test results showed under steam curing,C-S-H gel and ettringite were formed in the binder and that is the reason of higher strength being generated by this binder.After 7 hours steam curing at 90℃ and followed by air curing,the 7 d and 28 d compressive strengths reaches 34.0 MPa and 43.9 MPa respectively.The setting time,water absorption and water softening coefficient of the binder meet the Chinese National Standards.Solid brick with compressive strength of 15 MPa can be manufactured with this binder under binder to sand ratio of 1/2.7 and water to binder ratio of 0.45.
