沸石固载TiO2光催化技术处理甲基橙工艺研究

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备的沸石固载型光催化剂来降解废水中甲基橙。研究了TiO2负载量、pH值、氧化剂联用等因素对甲基橙降解的影响。结果表明:固载型催化剂对甲基橙溶液的处理效果好;处理100mg/L的甲基橙溶液,当沸石负载量为1.24%,pH=11,曝气量为25mL/s,反应温度为30℃,反应1h后降解率可达98%;以沸石颗粒为载体制备的催化剂,其光催化活性高,不流失,经过60h使用后降解率为94%,且制作工艺简单,可重复使用。

Abstract:The degradation of methyl orange were studied using immobilized type photocatalyst prepared by sol-gel method. The influences TiO2- zeolite loading, pH ,oxidants,etc.on the degradation of methyl orange.The results indicated that the catalyst had a high efficiency in photocatalytic oxidizing of methyl orange, the removal yield of methyl orange reached 94% after 1 h,when 100 mg/L methyl orange solution was dealed with, under the conditions of 1.24% of zeolite loading,pH = 11, 25 mL/s of aeration rate, 30℃ of reaction temperature. The photocatalytic activity of catalyst was high, the active materials did not run off, and its manufacture was easy and could be reused.
