摘    要:为了降低锭子制造成本,介绍了加工整体锭胆式锭子弹性管、轴承座的传统工艺及其装配时存在的不足;分析了滚纹技术及其加工优势。说明采用滚纹工艺,可以节约原材料,降低对零件表面粗糙度、清洁度的要求,轴承座装配孔口不需砂光且只需将零件分两档进行对档装配,杜绝了在规定压力内装配不到位的现象。试验核算表明利用滚纹技术可节约材料,在保证产品质量的同时,显著降低锭子制造成本。

Abstract:In order to reduce the spindle fabrication cost,introduction is done to the conventional process in fabrication the integrated spring tube with spindle insert,bearing support as well as the disadvantage there- of. Analysis is done to the knurling technology and the advantage. It is pointed out that knurling process can reduce material consumption with low requirement on the surface courseness and cleanness of the parts. It is not necessary for the assembly hole of the bearing support to be sand ground. The parts can be contrapositioned for assembling, avoiding the poor assembly of the bearing in pressurized condition. Test proves that knurling technolgy can reduce material consumption and reduce the fabrication cost of spindles with quality control.
