煤粉改性剂对型焦热性能的影响

摘    要:在配煤中加入40%~50%无烟煤后,炼制的型焦反应性高,反应后强度低。配入煤粉改性剂(ZBS)炼制型焦的试验表明:ZBS对无烟煤有改质作用,型焦热态性能改善。 当ZBS质量分数达到1‰时,焦炭质量改善幅度最大,CRI降低10.65%,CSR提高13.52%。

Abstract:Mixing 40%-50% anthracite with blended coal,the formcoke reactivity index (CRI) is high while its strength after reaction (CSR) is low.After blending coal fines modifier (ZBS),thermal characteristics of formcoke were proved,which shows that ZBS modified anthracite.When mass fraction of ZBS reached 1‰,the mass of coke improved most,in which CRI decreased to 10.65% and CSR increased to 13.52%.
