| 摘 要： | 研究了酚醛浆合成中烷基酚种类、反应温度、反应时间、酚醛摩尔比及反应体系酸碱性对松香改性酚醛树脂性能的影响，得出了酚醛浆合成的最佳工艺条件。合成的松香改性酚醛树脂软化点165℃、黏度13000mPa·s（25℃）、正庚烷值8．4mL／（2g），性能优良。

| Abstract: | The kind of alkylphenols, reaction temperature, reaction time, the molar ratio of phenol and aldehyde, and reaction acidity- basicity on properties of rosin modified phenolic resin are studied for synthesizing phenolic slurry, the best synthesis process is con- firmed. The results show that the rosin modified phenolic resin has excellent properties, such as softening point 165 ℃, viscosity 13 000 mPa · s（25℃ ） and n-heptane tolerance 8.4 mL/（2 g）. |
