酚醛浆的合成工艺对松香改性树脂性能的影响

摘    要:研究了酚醛浆合成中烷基酚种类、反应温度、反应时间、酚醛摩尔比及反应体系酸碱性对松香改性酚醛树脂性能的影响,得出了酚醛浆合成的最佳工艺条件。合成的松香改性酚醛树脂软化点165℃、黏度13000mPa·s(25℃)、正庚烷值8.4mL/(2g),性能优良。

Abstract:The kind of alkylphenols, reaction temperature, reaction time, the molar ratio of phenol and aldehyde, and reaction acidity- basicity on properties of rosin modified phenolic resin are studied for synthesizing phenolic slurry, the best synthesis process is con- firmed. The results show that the rosin modified phenolic resin has excellent properties, such as softening point 165 ℃, viscosity 13 000 mPa · s(25℃ ) and n-heptane tolerance 8.4 mL/(2 g).
