彩色PDP真空紫外辐射特性的分析

摘    要:利用二维流体模型 ,对三电极结构的PDP单元在维持放电期间的辐射特性进行了模拟研究 ,发现增大两共面电极的长度或间隙 ,都会不同程度地提高PDP单元的激发效率和真空紫外辐射效率。在分析了此计算结果的基础上 ,对一种新型的五电极结构的PDP单元进行了模拟 ,与原来的传统三电极结构相比 ,其真空紫外辐射效率提高 17%。

Abstract:Vacuum ultraviolet radiation in a sustaining discharge of the three electrode color plasma display panel (PDP) cell was simulated using a two dimensional fluid model.The results show that increases in both the coplanar electrode width and its gap may enhance the excitation and radiation efficiencies to a varying degree.The ultraviolet radiation of a new type of 5 electrode PDP cell was also numerically simulated and its vacuum ultraviolet radiation efficiency was found to be 17% higher than that of the conventional 3 electrode PDP cell.
