矿井水净化处理自动化监控系统开发与应用

摘    要:针对矿井水净化处理过程中存在自动化程度低、出水水质难以保障的问题,开发出适合矿井水净化处理工艺的自动化监控系统,主要包括自动加药、自动排泥、工艺过程监控和远程网络监控。自动加药和自动排泥是在模拟试验的基础上,建立最佳加药量、污泥量和进水浊度之间的数学模型,通过在线检测传感器、PLC、变频器、计量泵和电动阀等实现;工艺过程监控通过PLC、工控机、模拟屏和动力设备等实现;远程网络监控通过监控主机、数字交换机、通讯模块、工业光纤以太网和组态软件等实现。该系统可以在确保处理水量和出水水质的前提下,降低水处理成本,提高管理水平和工作效率。

Abstract:Aimed to solve the problems involving low level of automation and difficulties in guaranteeing effluent quality existing in the process of purification treatment of mine water,the automatic monitoring system was developed to suit for the technology for purification treatment of mine water.The system mainly consists of automatic dosing,automatic sludge discharge,process monitoring and remote network monitoring subsystems.Based on the simulation experiments,the mathematical models were set up including optimal dosage,sludge discharge quantity and inflow turbidity.The subsystems of automatic dosing and automatic sludge discharge were achieved by online detecting sensors,PLC,transducers,dosing pump and electrically operated valves.The subsystem of process monitoring was accomplished by PLC,industrial personal computer,imitation screen and power equipment.And the subsystem of remote network monitoring was achieved by monitoring host,digital exchangers,communication modules,industrial optical fiber Ethernet and monitoring platform established by configuration software.The system can reduce water treatment cost,improve management level and work efficiency under the conditions of ensuring the treatment water flow and the effluent quality.
