高效液相色谱法制备久效磷农药标准品的研究

摘    要:首次报道采用反相 HPLC 技术,以 C_(18)作固定相,用甲醇-水(28:72)作为流动相,分离工业原油制备久效磷农药标准品,所得标准品纯度在99.9%以上。并考察了流动相组成、流速、进样体积、进样量等对分离久效磷原油色谱分辨率、峰形及所收集产品纯度的影响,找出了纯化久效磷样品的最佳条件。

Abstract:A new method to separate and prepare monocrotophos from industrial oil was firstdeveloped by HPLC.The purity of the prepared product was no less than 99.9%.The influences ofthe composition of mobile phase,the effluent velocity,the injection volume and quantity on the res-olution and purity of the product were also investigated.And the optimal conditions were known.
