热风炉霍戈文矩形燃烧器燃烧特性模拟研究

摘    要:某钢厂小型内燃式热风炉采用霍戈文矩形燃烧器,在烧炉过程中出现明显的震动现象。利用计算机仿真技术,对该热风炉燃烧特性进行模拟研究,通过分析燃烧过程中流场与温度场的分布,发现热风炉震动原因是燃烧器两侧在烧炉过程中回流过大、出现低频震动引起。对燃烧器结构进行优化后,震动减少。

Abstract:Hoogovens rectangular burner is adopted in a small-size internal combustion hot-blast stove. There is visible vibration phenomenon during combustion. The combustion characteristic is studied by suing computer simulation technology. Through analyzing the distribution of flow field and temperature field in the combustion, it is found that the vibration due to the too big circumfluence in both sides of the burner and the following low frequency vibration. The vibration reduces after the structural optimization.
