| 摘 要： | 随着对＂宜居城市＂理论研究的加深,居住区的宜居性也引起了各界学者的广泛关注.历史住区作为旧居住区不能只注重对其进行保护,更应该从宜居的角度对其进行更新.以青岛历史住区为研究对象,通过实地调研,分析其概况以及存在的问题,提出了宜居更新的原则及方法,以期为青岛历史住区的宜居更新提供一些参考.

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the＂livable city＂theoretical research,the habitability of residential areas has caused a side attention of scholars from all walks of life.Historical residential as old residential areas should not only be protected,it should be updated from the perspective of the livable.According to the analysis of basic facts and existing problems of Qingdao historical settlements,and the on-the-spot investigation of historical settlements,this paper puts forwards some principles and methods of livable update,and hopes to provide some references for livable update of Qingdao historical residential quarters. |
