大跨度后张预应力梁施工质量控制

摘    要:以青岛世园大厦工程中大跨度预应力梁为研究对象,分析了后张法预应力工程的施工难点.为有效保证大跨度预应力梁的施工质量,施工管理方面通过生产要素与工艺流程的集成管理措施,加强对预应力工程分包商的管理;施工技术方面改进预应力钢筋的张拉工艺、研发新的箍筋形式用于波纹管定位,对混凝土的浇筑方法、振捣位置与振捣时间采用详细具体的技术措施确保预应力混凝土的整体浇筑质量,预应力工程的施工质量达到了预期的要求.

Construction quality control in post-tensioned prestressed long-span beam

Abstract:The post-tensioned prestressed long-span beam in Shiyuan Building has been studied. The construction difficulties of post-tensioned prestressed work have been analyzed. In order to effectively guarantee the construction quality, the management to prestressed-work subcontractor has effectively enhanced through the integrated management of production factors and construction technology process; the tensioning technology of prestressed reinforcement has been improved, a new form of stirrups has been used to fix corrugated pipe. The specific technical measures to placing methods, vibrating time and vibrating positions have been adopted to ensure the overall placing quality of prestressed concrete. The construction quality of prestressed-work is improved.
