综采工作面输送机起动预警及闭锁控制的改造与应用

针对综采工作面国产开关在生产中无法满足《煤矿安全规程》要求 ,工作面输送机启动必须发出信号的情况 ,提出利用FKD -A型矿用载波电话通讯系统与国产BQD1- 30 0系列开关。通过对开关简单改造实现采煤工作面输送机起动预警 ,报警停止后输送机启车 ,并实现沿线停车闭锁、双机延时启动等功能

Improving and utilization of face conveyer starting fore-alarm system and block control system in comprehensive mechanized coal mining method

On the conditions that domestic switches can't satisfy the demands of the coal mining directive rules ,which distributes that it must be sent out warnings before face conveyers starting. We express our opinions and suggest that we can use mining FKD-A carrier wave telephone communicative system and domestic BQD-300 series switches, to realize hereinafter functions by simple reforms about switches, sending alarm signal before face conveyer starting, conveyer working after alarms and stopping & blocking along working face, twin time-lapse startups etc.
