模具型腔复合抛光工艺规律研究

摘    要:阐述采用脉冲电流电化学抛光的特点、实施方案和工艺效果 ,并通过对某种模具型腔窄深槽抛光的工艺试验 ,讨论并分析实验数据 ,得出加工参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律 ,以及各加工参数影响表面粗糙度的经验公式。为这类孔槽抛光提供了一种有效的工艺方法

Abstract:The thesis describe the principle and the schema of experiments which can fulfil the pulse current electrochemical polishing. Several steel materials were experimentalized by the pulse current electrochemical polishing.Through the experiment,the regularity were achieved that the ralation of influence of machining parameters on surface roughness.A rule of influence of machining parameters on su- rface roughness was obtained a empirical formula.Avalid craftwork were offered for the inner cavity of mould.
