摘    要:因2,4-二枯基苯酚可用作抗氧剂、杀菌剂等,所以,近年来市场对其需求不断增加.为了增加产品产量,降低生产成本,研究由α-甲基苯乙烯和苯酚制备2,4-二枯基苯酚的工艺路线.以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,用量为苯酚摩尔数的3%,从反应温度、物料配比和反应时间3方面考察产品的转化率情况,确定了制备2,4-二枯基苯酚较好的工艺路线:α-甲基苯乙烯与苯酚摩尔比为2.2,100℃反应4 h,得到转化率为74.1%的2,4-二枯基苯酚.

Abstract:There was an increasing need for 2,4-dicumylphenol in the market recently,and it could be used as antioxidant and fungicide.In order to raise the yield and reduce the production cost,the preparation of 2,4-dicumylphenol with phenol and α-methylstyrene was studied.From the effects of reaction temperature,material ratio and reaction time,a perfect process route of 2,4-dicumylphenol was developed:p-methylbenzene sulfonic acid was as catalyst whose usage was 3 % of phenol molar,molar ratio of α-methylstyrene and phenol was 2.2 ,at 100℃ ,over 4 h,and the yield of 2,4-dicumylphenol was 74. 1%.
