| 摘 要： | 综合喷淋洗涤、文丘里高效混合、旋风分离、拦截除雾等功能结构特点，研究开发出一种高效率的除尘脱硫一体化设备。实验和工程实例表明，该设备除尘脱硫效率高，投资运行费用低，除尘效率达98％，脱硫效率大于80％。高效除尘脱硫一体化设备适用于中小锅炉的烟气除尘脱硫处理。

| Abstract: | An integrated dust-removal and desulfurization equipment with high efficiency was studyed and designed.This integrated equipment had main advantages of spraying tubes,venturi mixing tubes,cyclone separators and filtration equipments.The dust removal efficiency was about 98 %,and desulfurization efficiency was more than 80 %.The equipment can be widely applied to flue gas dust-removal and desulfurization for medium and small-sized boilers. |
