航天电磁继电器簧片结构应力特性分析

摘    要:航天电磁继电器是航天电子系统的重要元件,其簧片结构应力特性的研究,对于提高继电器使用可靠性及寿命具有重要意义。本文通过仿真分析,得到了各簧片的静态结构应力分布情况,找到了簧片结构中的应力集中点。通过对相互配合的、动态变化的吸、反力求解,得到了应力集中点在触点转换过程中的应力变化情况,对应力集中点的应力极限值产生的时间进行了判断。另外,本文给出了接触力作用点位置、簧片的尺寸、倒角大小对应力集中点的应力值的影响规律,并提出了相应的优化建议。

Abstract:Space electromagnetic relay is one of the most important elements in space electronic system.The research on the structural stress characteristics of its spring is very important for improving the reliability and the life of the relay.In this paper,the spring static structural stress distribution was obtained and the stress concentration point of the spring was found via simulation analysis.After solving the interactive and dynamic changing suction and reac-tion,the stress changing status of the stress concentration point during the contact switch process was obtained,and the maximum stress appearing time of the stress concentration point was estimated.Further,the influence of contact force position,spring dimension,and bevel edge on the stress value for the stress concentration point was presented,and the optimization suggestions were finally given.
