摘    要:为了降低车用柴油机的NOx排放,设计了用于增压中冷柴油机的排气再循环(EGR)系统。介绍了EGR控制系统及控制方法。该系统采用进气节流阀与EGR流量控制阀联合控制,可实现0~30%EGR率的优化。利用13工况对该系统控制NOx的效果进行了评价。实验表明,采用EGR技术,可以大幅度地降低NOx的排放,微粒排放基本不变。但HC和CO排放有所增加,13工况加权比油耗也较原机有所降低。

Abstract:To reduce NO_x emission of an automotive diesel engine, an EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system was developed.The control system hardware of EGR and its control strategy were presented. In this system,an intake air throttle valve and an EGR flow valve are controlled by a single chip processor.The test results show that optimized EGR ratio from 0~30% can be realized by this EGR system.The EGR system can greatly reduce NO_x emission while keeping the particulate emission at the same level,but the HC and CO emissions deteriorate to some extent in the same test conditions.The brake specific fuel consumption measured by the ECE R49 test cycle also decreased compared to baseline engine.
