| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于关联设计的弯曲级进模结构设计方法,描述了级进模装配约束关系的模型、弯曲工序对象和弯曲模组件对象,提出距离约束、几何约束、尺寸约束、依附约束4种约束方法。详细阐述了级进模弯曲设计中的装配树组织结构、关联设计、约束求解、参数化关键技术,及在此基础上实现的弯曲级进模块的设计流程和实现方法。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the method of bending die structure design in progressive dies based on associated design. The model used to describe progressive die assembly, the objects of bend working procedure and the objects of bend component are represented. The key technology of the structure of progressive dies' assembly tree, associated design, solving constrains and parametric method are discussed in details. Based on that, the design procedures for bending die structure and the way to realize are stated. |
