| 摘 要： | 战略思维能力是干部实现其领导职能的根本保证。党的三代领导集体在这方面为我们做出了很好的榜样。当前,在基层存在着干部战略思维能力不能满足全面建设小康社会的需要的现象,因而要加强和提高干部的战略思维能力。

| Abstract: | Strategic thinking competence is the guarantee of officials'performing their leading duty. The three-generation leading collectives of the Party set a good example for us in every aspect.At present, there exists a phenomenon that officials'strategic thinking competence,at the grass roots of the government, fails to meet the need of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Hence it's necessary to strengthen and improve officials' strategic thinking competence. |
