硫酸氢钾催化合成尼泊金丁酯

摘    要:采用KHSO4为催化剂合成了尼泊金丁酯,考察了催化剂用量、正丁醇与对羟基苯甲酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂重复使用次数及带水剂等因素对收率的影响。结果表明:KHSO4具有催化活性高,易分离回收,重复使用性良好等优势。最佳反应条件为:正丁醇与对羟基苯甲酸摩尔比为3∶1,催化剂用量3g,反应时间3h,收率92.9%。

Abstract:By using potassium bisulfate as the catalyst,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and n-Butyl alcohol reacted to form butyl paraben.Experimental results showed that this was an efficient,economic and environmental friendly catalyst.The optimum conditions were as follows:molar ratio of n-butanol to p-hydroxybenzoic acid was 3,mass of catalyst was 3g,reaction time was 3h.The yield could reach 92.9%.
