三氮吸附性能对比实验研究

摘    要:为查明土壤对“三氮”的吸附性 ,采用了高温灭菌 ,分批实验的方法。结果表明 :土体对NH+ 4 具有显著的吸附作用 ,而NO- 3 具明显的解吸作用 ,对NO- 2 ,更多时也表现为解吸 ,这个试验结果有助于改进氮素数学模型和解释在反硝化试验后期有时NO- 3 含量反而上升的反常现象

Abstract:In order to investigate the absorption of three species nitrogens by soil, the method of high temperature killing bacteria and batch experiment was adopted. Experimental results showed that soil mass has obviously absorption for NH + 4, but apparently desorption for NO - 3 and also often desorption for NO - 2.These results are helpful to improving nitrogen mathematical model and explaining abnormal phenomenon of NO - 3 content occurred in the later stage of denitrification experiment.
