建于海相沉积流塑状淤泥层中大型泵房沉井施工技术

宁波市镇海污水处理厂场址位于海滨滩涂地,在海相流塑状淤泥层中进行大型泵房沉井施工,极易出现预制过程中突沉、下沉过程中偏沉、底部涌泥和超沉不止等问题,施工过程控制较难。文章介绍该泵房沉井的施工方法及工艺,成功地解决了这一工程施工难题。

Open Caisson Construction Technique for Large Bump House above Marine Deposit Current-formed Silt

Zhenhai Sewage Treatment Plant of Ningbo City is located in the mudflat area along the shore.And in the open caisson construction for its large bump house above marine deposit Current-formed silt,the phenomenon such as the unexpected sinking in prefabrication process,slant sinking in the sinking process,mud gush from the bottom and the incessant sinking often occur,so the control for the construction is difficult.This paper introduces the construction methods and techniques of the open caisson for this bump house and the measures adopted that have successfully overcome the difficulty in the construction.
