磷酸酯加脂剂的合成与性能研究

本文以蓖麻油为主要原料，研制了兼有非离子和离子的多功能结合型磷酸酯皮革加脂剂。用正交表优化甲酯化、醚化反应的试验方案；探索了反应温度、时间、加料方式等对磷酸化反应的影响；对合成的甲酯油、醚化甲酯油、磷酸酯用红外光谱作了结构鉴定。测试了磷酸酯的水溶性、乳化力、表面张力、临界胶束浓度等性能。复配的加脂乳液耐电解质，经初步应用，取得良好效果。

The Synthesis and Application of Phosphate Fatliquor

Orthogonal table was used in optimization the experimental condition of methanolizing reaction and etherifying reaction. The influence of temperture,time,feeding precedure to phosphating reaction were also investigated.With IR, the structure of methanolized castor oil,its etherified,phosphate were characterized.The water-solubility,emulsifying ability,surface tension,critical micelle concentration(CMC) of phosphate were determined.The emulsion of the combinated fatliquor has excellent electrolylically stable ability.A good effect was obtained in the initial application in leather fatliquoring.
