| 摘 要： | 以空调活动后盖的成型工艺为研究对象，利用CAE技术对产品的注塑成型过程进行了模拟和分析。结果表明：通过分析注塑成型中的各项工艺参数和注塑成型过程中可能出现的缺陷，并针对相关缺陷应用CAE技术改进模具设计是可行的。

| Abstract: | Application of CAE in the simulation and anal ysis of injection molding for the active ba ckshell of air-condition is introduce d.It is easy to know some parameter of injec tion molding and some possible defec ts that might occur in the course of injecti on molding from the result.An improv ed design of the mould has been put forward. It provides a good referenc for the design of injection molds for the similar parts. |
