摘    要:本文引用无量纲品质因数F,分别对平板和叉排散热器的换热性能进行了综合分析。研究了空气流动速度、肋片排列方式以及几何尺寸对散热器综合换热性能的影响,并且以最小化F为目标函数优化了散热器。计算所得的数据有利于散热器结构的设计与改进。

Abstract:The heat transfer performance of plate fin and staggered heat sink is comprehensively analyzed by the use of quality factor "F" which is a non-dimensional variable. The influence of air velocity, heat sink configuration and dimension on the heat transfer performance is studied. Minimum F is considered as objective function to optimize the heat sink. These results are beneficial to the design and improvement of heat sink configuration.
