摘    要:通过对神华国华绥中发电B厂1000 MW机组凝结水泵变频可行性分析、凝结水泵变频调节与其它调节方式进行比较、高压变频调节方案优化研究,预测出高压变频系统可获得的节能效益.高压变频系统的投入和使用,完全符合电厂节能规划要求,明显降低厂用电率.采用高压变频系统运行的机组,由于在运行过程中转速和压力同时降低,有效减少了设备磨损、延长了设备和管路寿命、降低了故障率.

Abstract:Available energy efficiency of high-voltage conversion system is predicted by feasibility analysis of frequency conversion of condensate pump, by comparing frequency conversion of condensate pump with other converting methods, and by optimization of high- voltage conversion for plant B 1 000 MW unit. The operation of high-voltage conversion system is in accordance with energy saving plan, auxiliary power rate is greatly reduced. For units with high-voltage conversion system, equipment wearing is effectively reduced, the lifespan of equipment and pipes is prolonged and the failure rate is reduced because both the speed and the pressure become lower.
