摘    要:汽轮机调速汽门是汽轮机控制的关键部件,其动作是否灵敏、平滑,将直接影响汽轮机转速及负荷.目前,汽轮机调节系统调节部套磨损及汽门卡涩、泄漏问题是导致发电厂汽轮机超速事故的主要原因.根据多年实际工作经验,采用设计加工镶内套方法,彻底解决油动机缸体磨损、汽门卡涩、泄漏问题,对存在类似问题的机组具有一定指导作用.

Abstract:The control valve of steam turbine is the key component of turbine control.The control valve action is sensitive and smooth directly affecting the turbine speed and load control.At present,the problems of steam turbine regulating sleeve wearing at the adjustment system,the valve jam and the valve leakage are the main cause of over-speed accidents.This article in view of working experiences puts forward suggestions for that.
