| 摘 要： | 复配一种织物高透湿高耐水压涂层剂,通过对复配条件、涂层工艺条件的筛选,得出最佳湿法涂层工艺条件为:TPU溶液黏度17 Pa.s,制孔剂正辛醇用量2.16%,匀泡剂(L-580)用量7%,凝固浴温度30℃,凝固浴中DMF浓度10%,凝固时间10 min(以上均为质量分数)。采用湿法涂层工艺,可获得透湿量为8 103 g/(m2.24 h)、耐水压为28.4 kPa的涂层织物。通过对涂层后织物的电镜扫描分析可知,涂层织物上的微孔孔径小于1.25μm。

| Abstract: | A new polyurethane coating with high moisture permeability and high waterproof was formulated.By the experimental analysis,the optimum condition was obtained: the viscosity of TPU was 17 Pa·s,the dosage of n-octanol used as hole generated agent was 2.16%(mass compared to coating agent),the dosage of L-580 used as foam stabilizer was 2.16%(mass compared to coating agent),the temperature of coagulating bath was 30 ℃,the concentration of DMF in coagulating bath was 10% and the coagulation time was 10 min.The value of moisture permeability of coated fabric reached up to 8 103 g/(m2·24 h) and the water pressure resistance can also reach up to 28.4 kPa.The pore size on coating fabric surface was about 1.25 μm. |
