PSA/BAS水刺滤料耐高温性能研究

摘    要:PSA/BAS水刺滤料是以玄武岩机织布为底层,芳砜纶为面层,通过水刺工艺生产的层状滤料。测试了PSA/BAS水刺滤料经高温处理后的尺寸稳定性、力学性能及透气性能。结果表明:在280及300℃下处理24 h,试样的经、纬向热收缩率均小于1%;在260~300℃下处理100 h,试样的经、纬向断裂强力维持在1200~2455N之间;在300℃下处理24 h,试样的透气率较原始试样提高9.25%。

Abstract:The PSA/BAS spunlaced filter material was a type of layer filter material which be produced by the spunlace production process and using basalt woven as bottom layer and PSA fiber as surface layer.The dimensional stability and mechanical properties and permeability of PSA/BAS spunlaced filter material after high temperature treatment.The results show that its heat shrinkage rates of both the warp and weft were less than 1% after treatment for 24 h at 280 ℃ and at 300 ℃,and its breaking strength of both the warp and weft were between 1 200 N and 2 455 N after treatment for 100 h at 260~300 ℃,and after treatment for 24 h at 300 ℃ the permeability of the sample was increased 9.25% higher than the original sample.
