| 摘 要： | 推力轴承是水轮发电机的关键部件。向家坝推力轴承结构特殊,加工精度要求很高。通过对向家坝推力轴承的结构特点和加工过程中的难点进行分析,对向家坝推力轴承中的主要部件的加工工艺进行研究,提出了具体的切实可行的工艺方案,保证各零部件的加工精度,满足机组的安装要求。

| Abstract: | The thrust bearing is the key component of the hydrogenerator.The thrust bearing structure of Xiangjiaba is particular and the processing precision is high.In this paper,the structural features and the process difficulties of the thrust bearing are analyzed.The processing of the main components is studied.The practicable process is put forward for ensuring processing precision of the parts and meets the installation requirements of the unit. |
