摘    要:以半球形封头卧式容器为例,运用二重积分理论为依据,介绍了工业装置中旋压封头卧式容器内不同液位及对应液体体积的函数关系式求解方法;以碟形封头立式容器为例,以定积分理论为依据,介绍了旋压封头立式容器内不同液位及对应液体体积的函数关系式求解方法.这些液位-体积函数关系式可以用来指导容器的设计、实际生产和操作.

Volume-level Functions Derivation of Horizontal and Vertical Vessel with Spinning Head in Industrial Unit

Abstract:Volume functions of general horizontal and vertical vessel with spinning head at given level were derived based on calculus principle.Typical horizontal vessel with hemispherical head and vertical vessel with dished head were represented for the precise functions derivation respectively.These functions could be used for vessel design,production and operation.
