摘    要:针对传统碳硫分析仪测控系统扩展芯片多、线路复杂、资源扩展受限、易出故障、编程麻烦等缺点,给出了基于C8051F060单片机的智能碳硫分析仪控制系统的设计。该系统主要有下位机、触摸屏或上位机、高精度电子天平和微型打印机组成,下位机程序由C51开发。上位机数据采集控制软件由VB编写;给出了系统的硬件结构框图和软件流程框图。与传统的单片机控制的碳硫分析仪控制系统相比,该系统具有精度高、结构简单、操作灵活等特点。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠,精确度和稳定性均达到了设计要求。

Abstract:An intelligent control system of carbon-sulfur analyzer based on C8051F060 is presented aimed at treating the problems of traditional one such as complexiby of circuits,limits of resource expands,difficulty of program etc.The system is consist of down_level machine,touch screen or up_level machine,high accurate electro-balance and micro printer.The program of down_level machine is developed by C51 and the applied program of up_level machine is realized by VB.The hardware circuit and the flow chart of software program are also provided here.Compared with the system of carbon-sulfur analyzer controlled by traditional singlechip,this system has the advantage of high precision,simple structure and easy operation.The practical results show that the system is reliable,and the accuracy and stability satisfy the project demand.
