摘    要:斜井人车是中小型矿山普遍采用的一种人员运送设备,为确保人车的运行安全可靠,须定期对人车进行全速脱钩试验,以确定制动停车性能。通过对制动减速度的分析,验证试验结果的总结和归纳,明确了制动减速度的概念,最终确定了脱钩试验平均制动减速度的技术指标。

Abstract:Inclined - shaft mantrip car is a kind of mechanical equipment being usually used for personal transportation in mine. In order to insure the operation security and reliability of mantrip car,it is need to do periodically full-speed unhoo-king test,so as to confirm the parking brake performance of inuse man-trip car. Based on the analyses on braking deceleration and the inductive summary of test results,this paper defines the concept of braking deceleration,and determines the technological index about average braking deceleration for the unhooking test of inclined-shaft man-trip car.
