摘    要:利用旋流静态微泡浮选柱对某硫化铜镍矿进行了不同磨矿细度下的分选研究。浮选柱在-200目含率92%时,回收率达到60.67%,精矿品位6.93%比浮选机最佳指标镍回收率高9.32个百分点,精矿品位高2.14个百分点。经工艺矿物学分析,该条件下精矿富集了绝大部分的镍黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿和黄铜矿,剔除了大部分的脉石矿物。损失在尾矿中的镍黄铁矿以连生体为主,易选粒级镍黄铁矿单体基本得到回收,11.3μm以下镍黄铁矿单体有一部分损失。

Abstract:A research on the separation of a certain coppernickel sulfide ore was carried out by use of cyclone - static micro - bubble flotation column. Under the condition of 92% of the - 200 item,when the flotation column is used to separate the ore, the recovery of nickel reached 60. 67% which is 9. 32% higher than best index of nickel recovery obtained by flotation cell,and the nickel grade of the concentrate is 6. 93% which is 2. 14% higher than best index of nickel grade obtained by flotation cell. The analysis of the technological mineralogy shows that most of bravoite,pyrrhotine and chalcopyrite are concentrated,and most of gangue mineral is eliminated under the conditions. The bravoite lost in the rejects is mainly intergrowth,and the easilyseparating bravoite monomer is basically recycled,while a part of bravoite monomer under 11. 3 micrometer is lost.
