摘    要:系统地研究了影响石灰中和法处理转炉除尘废水含铜沉降速度的因素。结果表明,在搅拌时间10min和中等搅拌强度的条件下,pH值控制在8.2-9.0范围内能使废水中铜含量在1h的沉降时间内降至国家排放标准2mg/L以下。试验还研究了在石灰中和过程中加入适量絮凝剂的影响因素,结果表明,在搅拌时间3min和相同pH值范围的条件下加入絮凝剂能使废水中铜含量在30min的沉降时间内降至国家排放标准2mg/L以下。

Abstract:It is researched systematically the elements to affect the sinking speed of borne copper in the dust-removing waste water of converter when treated with lime neutralization.It is showed from the result that under the condition of stirring time being 10 minutes and medium stirring strength, with pH controlled within 8.2 to 9.0, the copper content in the waste water can be lowered in one hour to below 2mg/L, the national effluent standard. The experiment also includes the influence of adding appropriate amount of flocculant in the neutralization of lime. It is showed that with that the copper content can be lowered to below the national effluent standard of 2mg/L in 30 minutes under the condition of 3 minutes of stirring time and same pH.
