| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of city hierarchy classification,this paper selects 100 major cities of China and establishes a VAR model to explore the differences in the dynamic effects of monetary policy tools on urban real estate market prices.Hopes to provide references for monetary policy precise control of housing prices and promote the healthy development of real estate industry. |
