摘    要:齿轮传动是机械设备中最常见的传动方式之一,齿轮异常又是诱发机器故障的重要原因,因此对齿轮进行准确、及时的故障诊断非常重要。通过对齿轮油进行分析来监测齿轮在运行过程中的磨损状态,并利用灰色预测模型对齿轮摩擦副运行状况进行预测。可防止和避免剧烈磨损的发生。实践证明油液分析技术和灰色预测模型是研究齿轮磨损过程的有效、方便、不可替代的技术,具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:Gear transmission is one of the most popular transmissions in the machinery and equipment, and the gear fault is an important factor to induce failure of machinery, so it is very critical to diagnose gear faults accurately and quickly. Through monitoring the attrition condition of gear based on oil analysis and forecasting its working condition with grey model, we can prevent gear wear fierce results from the failure of lubrication. It proved by experiment that oil analysis and grey model is an effective, convenient and unreplaceable technique in the research of the attrition condition of gear, so it' s widely used in reality.
