陇东油田套损井治理的实践与认识

针对套管破损井逐年增多、严重制约油田长期稳产的难题,分析了陇东油田套损特征及其对油田开发造成的危害,总结其套损井治理系列工艺技术包括:隔采、小套、侧钻工艺,以及延长套管使用寿命的套损预防技术、提高产能恢复率的油层挖潜技术和提高座封成功率的优选座封段技术。提出了套损井被动治理变主动预防的治理思路,为陇东油田今后的套损井治理提供了一定经验。

Practice and Recognition of Prevention for Casing Failure Wells in Longdong Oilfield

In consideration of the problems of casing failure wells increasing year by year,which severely constrains the steacly production in the oilfield,the characters of well failure and the damage it caused for oilfield development are analyzed,the techniques for control ling the well failure are summarized,which include: layering production,small casing sidetracking,the techniques of casing failure prevention for lengthening casing use life,improving restorability of productivity of tapping the potential and selecting setting zone for improving the success rate of setting.The concept for active control turning from passive control for the casing failure wells are proposed,by which experiences are provided for future prevention of casing failure wells in Longdong Oilfield.
