摘 要: | 以水介旋流器为基础,设计了一种具有分选作用的旋流-射流充气器,在150mm水介旋流器上,就旋流器结构参数、入料压力对充气量的影响进行了试验研究,并对旋流器与射流器间的联接装置进行了结构优化。试验结果表明,旋流器溢流管中气液两相的混合是旋流-射流充气的技术关键,90°混合叶片的充气量最大可达到26m3/h,气液比为1.7。安装有混合叶片的旋流-射流装置是一种性能优良的浮选用充气器。

An Experimental Study on Aerating Performance of Swirl -Jet Separation Aerator |

Abstract: | Based on the water-only cyclone,a kind of swirl-jet separation aerator was designed.Evaluation has been done on the effect of configuration parameter、feeding pressure of cyclone on aeration amount with a Φ150mm hydro-cyclone,the link device configuration between hydro-cyclone and jet were optimized.It is shown from the evaluation that the technical key of swirl-jet is the gas-liquid mix in the hydro cyclone overflow pipe.The aeration amount of 90° mix vane achieved 26 m3/h,the gas-liquid ratio is 1.7.Swirl-jet separation aerator equipped with mix vane has excellent performance in floatation aerator. |
