摘    要:利用电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS),结合充放电测试,研究了双草酸硼酸锂(LiBOB)/PC电解液在NG7石墨电极表面形成SEI膜的过程和对应的电位区间.LiBOB/PC在NG7石墨电极表面形成SEI膜是一个连续的过程,在电池的首次放电过程中,1.75 V(vs.Li/Li )放电平台对SEI膜的形成有重要的影响;首次放电至0.55 V左右,SEI膜基本形成;在0.20 V以下放电区间,SEI膜得到了较大程度的完善.

Abstract:The process of SEI film forming on the surface of the NG7 graphite electrode in lithium bisoxalatoborate(LiBOB)/PC electrolyte was studied by electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS) combined with the charge-discharge test.The potential corresponding to the formation of SEI film was investigated.The formation of SEI film on the surface of the NG7 graphite electrode was a continuous process. The 1.75 V(vs.Li/Li ) discharge plateau during the initial discharge cycle of the cell was important to the formation of SEI film.The SEI film formed basically by the initial discharge to about 0.55 V.The SEI film was getting perfect below the discharge potential of 0.20 V.
