| Abstract: | Based on the current knowledge of the pretreatment techniques for molten iron, the performance and metallurgical efficiency of several external desulphurizaers in common use are summarized, and the effect of additives in a composite de-sulphurizer on desuphurization is elucidated in the present discussion. |
