9000m交流变频钻机的研制

摘    要:针对目前国外9000m钻机技术水平落后,不能实现自动化、智能化操作,无法满足现代超深井、复杂井以及欠平衡钻井等复杂工况要求的状况,研制了我国首台9000m交流变频钻机。该钻机采用全数字交流变频和直流控制技术相结合,钻机的传动、控制及井架、底座等关键技术和集成技术达到了国际陆地钻机领先水平。现场应用表明,该钻机的各项性能指标达到了设计要求和现代钻井工艺要求。

Abstract:The existing 9 000 m drilling rig, due to its backward technology, cannot realize automatic and intelligent operation and cannot meet the demand of complex working condition in ultra-deep well, complex well and underbalanced drilling. Therefore, the first 9 000 m variable-frequency AC drive drilling rig is developed in our country. The all-digital alternate current and variable frequency in combination with direct current controlling technology is used in the drilling rig. The key technology and integrated technology of the drive and controlling of the drilling rig as well as the derrick and chassis reach the advanced level of international onshore drilling rig. The field application indicates that every parameter of the drilling rig reaches the design demand and the modern drilling demand.
